She opened by saying the noticing was annoying. Before Sunday’s call: a tight jaw, a pull to tidy the kitchen.
We looked at “relieved and offended” together rather than choosing one.
Your day still lives in a notebook: names in the margin, a follow-up on a sticky note, a receipt. Scroll, and watch Monday become Serenote.
What you noticed, what you agreed, what is still open: each thread of care lifts off the page and waits for the person’s next appointment.
Patients appear under an alias you choose, everywhere. Revealing a name is a deliberate gesture, and Serenote records it.
Notes are sealed on your device before they leave it. Our server in Casablanca keeps envelopes it cannot open.
Schema Therapy, CBT, EMDR and Hypnosis structures sit inside free writing, only when you insert them.
Monday on your laptop, the agenda on your phone, and your stamp on every session you are ready for.
Schema Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Hypnosis: each approach arrives with its own structures, in its clinical terms. You insert them into a freely written note, only when you want to, and free writing already welcomes every other approach.
She opened by saying the noticing was annoying. Before Sunday’s call: a tight jaw, a pull to tidy the kitchen.
We looked at “relieved and offended” together rather than choosing one.
He brought the week’s example without being asked, which is new.
Re-rated the belief at 40 by the end of the session.
We returned to the first target as planned. Container exercise practised daily.
Session closed with the container; SUDS 4 at the end.
Arrived tired; we kept the induction short.
Anchor practised twice before leaving.
A blank page is never wrong. Structures are offered, never required.
ACT, DBT, psychodynamic and systemic packages are planned, each written and reviewed by clinicians of that approach.
Which frameworks you use is encrypted with your notes. Our server cannot tell.
Before the session, ask for a synthesis. Serenote reads what you already kept and reads in full only what came after: every sentence carries its source and a mark, New, Updated or Already in the synthesis.
Each sentence opens the session it comes from. What the notes do not say is marked as missing.
The synthesis stays on its dashed surface until you keep a sentence, a section or all of it.
Suggestions are turned on patient by patient. Only the excerpt of the request is read, and nothing is kept.
Serenote finds in your notes the leads your approach names: a trigger, a schema, a mode. You keep the ones that are right, and they join one map per approach that grows with the therapy.
Each lead shows the passages where it was seen. You keep it or set it aside.
A link found later is proposed beside the map. Nothing moves until you choose.
What can be found is set by the approach’s package, in its own words.
Shift reads your notes and the structures you filled in, and places them on three dimensions every approach shares. Each framework’s own detail stays in the tooltips.
The curves are computed in your browser, from your decrypted notes. Nothing is sent.
Every point leads to its session. The clinical reading stays yours.
The same shift as a table, under aliases, to reread or print.
Serenote is end-to-end encrypted. We cannot open what you write, so a breach of our servers would expose nothing clinical.
Every note is encrypted before it leaves your laptop or tablet. The keys stay on the devices you enrolled.
You sign in with a passkey: your fingerprint, your face or your device PIN. A printed recovery key of twelve words brings you back if every device is lost.
Our servers run in Casablanca, so clinical data stays in the country. Designed with law 09-08 and the CNDP in mind.
No signal in the consulting room? Everything is saved on the device and syncs, still sealed, when you are back online.
She described the week as quieter, though Sunday evenings remain difficult. We agreed she would notice what comes up in her body before the call with her brother.
What you see, on your enrolled devices.
Everything a Serenote administrator can see. No name, no words, no framework.
Twelve words, printed when you sign up. They reopen your workspace if every device is lost.
Kept offline, by you alone
Try it. In Serenote the name conceals itself once you leave the window; here it does after a few seconds.
Every patient appears under an alias you choose, on every screen, in every search and every export. Revealing a name is a deliberate gesture, and Serenote records it.
No names in browser tabs, notifications or emails. Search runs on your device, not on our servers.
You decide, patient by patient, whether suggestions are possible. Only the excerpt you send is read, nothing is kept, and every suggestion stays marked until you accept it.
Today shows who is coming, what you agreed last time and what is still open. The Ready stamp lands only when you decide it.
One subscription, paid monthly or yearly, with everything in the product included. Group practices come later.

Starting your workspace asks for no payment.
No. Notes are encrypted on your devices with keys only they hold. Our servers store sealed envelopes and the minimum needed to sync them: identifiers, sizes and times.
Sign in on another enrolled device, or on a new one with your printed recovery key, then remove the lost device in Settings. Without any device and without the key, nobody can recover the notes, which is exactly what keeps them private.
In Casablanca, on Oracle Cloud’s Morocco West region. Your devices hold the only readable copy.
Only if you allow suggestions for that patient, and only the excerpt you send with a request. Nothing is kept afterwards, and nothing enters the record until you accept it.
Yes. Free writing works for every approach. Framework packages add structures on top; new ones are added as clinicians write and review them.
The interface is in French and English, with Arabic to follow. Your notes can be in any language, Darija included.
Space for the person. Continuity for the care.
An email, a passkey and a recovery key to keep. Then Today.
