Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms apply between you, a therapist using Serenote for your practice, and Serenote.
The service
Serenote is a workspace for your practice: patients, notes, follow-ups, appointments and payments, on your laptop, tablet and phone.
Serenote never diagnoses. Structures and suggestions support your own clinical judgement and enter the record only when you accept them.
Your account and your recovery key
You sign in with a passkey. Keep your printed recovery key somewhere safe: without any enrolled device and without the key, nobody can open your notes, Serenote included.
Your responsibilities
You use Serenote within your professional obligations, including what you tell your patients about how you keep their records.
Keep your devices locked and remove a lost device from Settings as soon as you can.
Subscription
Serenote will be a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are announced before launch, and starting your workspace asks for no payment.
Stopping
You can stop using Serenote at any time and ask us to delete your account. Because your notes are encrypted on your devices, keep your own copy before you go.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
